As experts in cloud HRIS and talent solutions, HR LVEs are expected to develop, refine, and standardize innovative approaches, tools, methodologies, and content used in Industry Value Engineering engagements. Plan:

Engage:

Validate:

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Agile & Design Thinking team establishes agile engineering as well as Design Thinking and Business Model Design methods across SAP development departments and locations. We help teams via trainings, coaching and projects to improve their expertise to design products and business models as well as develop and deliver software fast and in high quality and with. The core team is mainly based in Walldorf with presence in other locations like Palo Alto, Shanghai and Bangalore.
This research project focusses on how development teams can create, deliver and capture value with standard enterprise software while managing and leveraging of the plethora of customer feedback, especially with a growing number cloud-based solutions on the market. This includes basic questions of what to build for certain customer segments (and what not) down to the prioritization and order of feature delivery. The aim is to combine a design science approach with constructive real-world problem solving in large product development teams. i.e. improving the status quo of product design while proving the value in practice via pilots with product development teams.

* Solid background in natural language processing; experience with unstructured information management architectures such as Apache UIMA

* Ability to work independently, think analytically, and act in an effective and efficient goal-oriented way; ability to turn sketch concepts into a production-ready implementation

* Highly motivated and self-driven team player; experience in international teams is a plus
