In der Rolle des Support Associates / Engineers (w/m) arbeiten Sie im Center of Expertise (CoE) mit dem Fokus auf SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management und ITIL-basierte Betriebsprozesse. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit lernen Sie die technischen Details der SAP-Lösungen

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Workforce Performance Builder Development Support team is responsible to help customers and colleagues to solve their technical issues with our product. We work together with colleagues all over the world to support best our international customers in different environments. Our product suite consists of an authoring tool, player, collaboration and learner platform, available on premise or in the Cloud. The power of the e-learning tool can be increased by using the JavaScript Interface to automate the user's workflow. For our growing number of internal and external customers we need experienced JavaScript Developers to design and implement those workflows.

Working with the SAP XM team you will be able to participate in this project holistically, while supporting the development of a seamless user experience and its continuous enhancements. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- At minimum a 4 years Bachelor's Degree Information Systems or related discipline is a must
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP hardware infrastructures

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

* Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences

* Preferred field(s) of study: Technical writing, IT

* Computer skills: Advanced skills in all office applications, knowledge of XML, DITA is an advantage, experience of authoring in a DITA-based platform or other unstructured authoring tool

* Language skills: Communication in English is required, knowledge of German and/or French would be an advantage

* Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, curious to get to the bottom of complex technical problems, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

* Willingness to work with a variety of software tools

* Ability to work for a minimum of two days per week

* The ability to work to tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Learn and work on a real project in a real work environment! We currently have open working student positions as Web Developer in the area of User Assistance and Infrastructure.
You will be part of a team of professionals dealing with a documentation Content Management System (CMS) and documentation publishing, mainly to html5. Your work will focus mainly on implementing (internal) web applications or features on top of this general publishing environment

Implement small web applications (or components) from prototype to availability.
Demonstrate full responsibility for assigned tasks and target a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency.
Work closely together with other team members and support team to ensure success.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

* Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences

* Preferred field of study: IT

* Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, XSLT, general XML, etc.

* Language skills: Communication in English is required (from time to time, German is an advantage)

* Soft skills: Troubleshooting and problem solving skills; Good written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work independently, plus commitment and a sense of responsibility; Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills at short notice

* Others: Ability to work for a minimum of two days per week
