PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The S/4HANA Package Build and Framework team is responsible for the simplified implementation experience of the new digital core (SAP S/4 HANA) and end-to-end (E2E) solutions. This includes the SAP Activate methodology to help partners and customers start fast, and to continuously adopt innovations.
We are looking for an information developer / a technical writer to join our Information Development Team with the aim to deliver product information in a clearly structured and easily comprehensible form.
You will work closely together with our content development teams and with product owners. Additionally, you will work together with other information developers in Palo Alto, Bangalore, and Shanghai.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP's largest customers run mission-critical solutions based on a variety of SAP and non-SAP components. Their solution landscapes are very large and need to serve business and operational requirements both safely and flexibly. These customers must continually extend and adapt their IT infrastructure and processes in order to serve new business needs while at the same time reducing risk and cost of ownership. Under the Digital Business Services Organization (Premium Engagements like MaxAttention and Active Embedded) the Global CoE takes the responsibility to accompany and support these customers proactively. Our solution architect services focus on the robustness, operability, maintainability and scalability of these solutions. This includes as well the aspiration/ambition to keep down the implementation costs for SAP solutions. This can be achieved by utilizing SAP Model Companies and/or SAP Best Practices to deploy a baseline configuration and then engage with the customer in Rapid Prototyping to adjust the solution to specific needs. * In-depth knowledge of the Solution suite

* Outstanding drive for execution

* Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills

* In-depth knowledge of the market and competitive situation

* Excellent communication skills and ability to network within a client ́s organization and access decision makers as well as understand client business needs and pain points.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Organizationally located within Global Controlling, the CEO Controlling team supports SAP's executive board member Bill McDermott and his business unit heads in all controlling-relevant processes: budgeting, forecasting and month-/quarter-/year-end closing. In addition, the Team offers its business expertise in portfolio evaluations, project controlling and other ad-hoc reports making "the difference" in decision-making processes. By this, its team members are creating impact on their business partners' operations, their mid- and long-term strategic direction.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


* Assist in coordination and consolidation of forecast and month-end process

* Preparation of monthly / quarterly management reporting

* Drive further automation of standard processes

* Support our controllers in various topics for their business units e.g. project controlling

* Support 2017 planning and forecast process

* Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred fields of study: Business administration, economics, or information technology

* Computer skills: Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint); SAP BI, SAP ERP and SAP Business Objects tools are a plus

* Language skills: Fluent in German and English - both written and spoken

* Soft skills: Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

* Others: Ability to work in a global team, strong get-it-down mentality
