PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Global Service and Support (GSS) as part of SAP Digital Business Service (DBS) offers comprehensive services for every aspect of customers' software implementation or upgrade and operations, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
 

As a team in the Global CoE Business Process Operations we are responsible for the topic of Business Process Monitoring (BPMon) in SAP Solution Manager. BPMon, as part of Business Process Operations (BPOps), provides the methodology and tools for customers to manage technical and business exceptions in the context of the actual business processes.

As members of the Global CoE Business Process Operations we are working together with colleagues in different SAP organizations like SAP Solution Manager standard development, Product Support, regional service delivery units and with customers and SAP partners to perform a wide range of activities.


* We position and implement BPMon at customers and support regional colleagues doing the same either remote or onsite.

* We provide our technical expertise for defining and performing customer specific enhancements or co-innovation developments.

* We train colleagues of regional CoE’s and Product Support in the methodology, setup and implementation and we roll-out new developments.

* We provide supporting material for customers and SAP colleagues on the topic of BPMon.

* We consolidate and roll-in customer feedback into standard development. And we define, coordinate and track standard developments.

* The development for Business Process Monitoring is done mainly in our tea.

The S/4HANA Cloud Presales Senior Specialist / Expert possesses advanced level knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy. 
A S/4HANA Cloud Presales Senior Specialist / Expert interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. The Primary role of the Cloud Presales Senior Specialist / Expert during an active sales cycle is to gain acceptance from the customer that SAP solution can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive Cloud offerings. During these cycles they often take on the role of a Solution Captain. In addition to deal support, a Cloud Presales Senior Specialist / Expert collaborates with sales and IVE teams to plan and execute business development strategies through the use of Design Thinking tools and techniques.

Deal Support:

* Conduct discovery sessions in advance of a demonstration or key presentation, with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs.

* Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP solutions and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers.

Als Werkstudent (w/m) im SAP Product Support, Standort Dresden, unterstützen Sie die Migration einer WinForms Applikation (.NET C#) zu einer SAPUI5 Fiori Applikation. C# Wissen wird benötigt um die Programmlogik aus der bestehenden WinForms Applikation zu extrahieren und um eine .NET WebApi aufzubauen, welche als Datenservice für die SAPUI5 Applikation dient. Für die Entwicklung der SAPUI5 Fiori Applikation werden Kenntnisse in JavaScript und Web Frameworks (idealerweise SAPUI5 oder OpenUI5) benötigt.

INHALTE UND ZIELE

Der Product Support der SAP ist für die Analyse und Behebung von Software-Problemen bei unseren Kunden verantwortlich. Für die reibungslose Bearbeitung von Kundentickets und zur Unterstützung unserer Support Mitarbeiter verbessern wir stetig unsere internen Tools - hierfür suchen wir einen Werkstudenten, der sich im Bereich Konzeption und Programmierung auskennt und motiviert mit anpackt.

ERWARTUNGEN UND
AUFGABEN

Als Werkstudent (w/m) im SAP Product Support, Standort Dresden, unterstützen Sie die Migration einer WinForms Applikation (.NET C#) zu einer SAPUI5 Fiori Applikation. C# Wissen wird benötigt um die Programmlogik aus der bestehenden WinForms Applikation zu extrahieren und um eine .NET WebApi aufzubauen, welche als Datenservice für die SAPUI5 Applikation dient. Für die Entwicklung der SAPUI5 Fiori Applikation werden Kenntnisse in JavaScript und Web Frameworks (idealerweise SAPUI5 oder OpenUI5) benötigt.

AUSBILDUNG UND QUALIFIKATIONEN / FÄHIGKEITEN UND KOMPETENZEN

* Student (w/m) an einer Universität oder einer Hochschule mit bevorzugter Studienrichtung: Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik

* Sprachkenntnisse: fließend in Deutsch und Englisch - beides in Wort und Schrift

* Computerkenntnisse: vertraut mit dem .NET Framework und MS Visual Studio; Erfahrung mit C# und Objektorientierter Programmierung; Kenntnisse in HTML 5, CSS3.0, JavaScript, SQL; Erfahrungen in UI/UX Entwicklung mit UI Frameworks, Style Sheets etc.

Wünschenswert:

* Wissen über SAPUI5 und Fiori

* Wissen über WebServices, RestAPI, OData und XML/JSON

* Kenntnisse über Versionierungstools (Git, Tortoise SVN)

Ihre Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten neben einem Anschreiben, tabellarischen Lebenslauf, aktuellem Notenspiegel und gültiger Immatrikulationsbescheinigung auch Kopien von Zwischen-, Schulabschluss- und, soweit vorhanden, Arbeitszeugnissen (Praktika) als Anlagen enthalten. Beschreiben sie bitte außerdem Ihre Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in Fremdsprachen und Computerprogrammen / Programmiersprachen.
