PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Scale, Enablement and Transformation (SET) is responsible for SAP's solution packaging portfolio, development and delivery, comprising SAP Best Practices and Rapid Deployment Solutions. We combine products, business process pre-configuration and service offerings into ready-to-consume solutions across SAP product lines. Our packages play an important role to drive sustainable, high-margin revenue for SAP.

As a cross team within SET the Innovation Adoption & Routes-to-Market team is owning the go-to-market (GtM) responsibility for all solution packages. We are responsible for the messaging and positioning of rapid deployment solutions and SAP Best Practices to drive the adoption of these solutions by customer and partners. We use preferred web channels, like sap.com, the Partner Portal and Service and Support Portal, to promote our solutions, to highlight customer success stories and to advertise our solution portfolio.

We're looking for motivated working students (f/m) to work on administrative tasks working closely with the product owners of solution packing. It is your opportunity to get to know the field of preconfigured software solutions and gain valuable insight in innovation adoption at SAP.

As working student (f/m) in the area of SET Adoption Services you will support our team by managing the following tasks:

* Maintain SAP JAM (SAP's social collaboration platform) to provide latest news and updates on go-to-market programs and activities

* Analyze the usage of social networks and define strategies to increase the reach regarding our marketing activities

* Collect customer stories from the various project implementation engagements of SET

* Make these customer stories available on SAP JAM to provide transparency on our performance

* Quality assurance regarding the layout and content of our marketing assets (mainly MS PowerPoint presentations)

* Work and report directly to the head of the SET Innovation Adoption team

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Enabling continuous innovation adoption and reducing Total Cost of Implementation is the mission of Scale, Enablement and Transformation (SET). With S/4HANA Best Practices, Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS) and further best practice content we accelerate implementation and provide a simplified consumption experience of SAPs solutions to our customers. During the bid phase these elements need to be assembled into a complete solution proposal for a particular customer - the so called Solutioning Cockpit is supporting the teams in these activities.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We offer a challenging and very interesting job in the area of tool support for solution design. The candidate will be a member of an internal, virtual project team and actively drive the following activities:

* Requirements Management: Identify, describe and align new functional requirements or incremental improvements

* Test Management: Prepare and execute Functional Acceptance Tests and Regression Tests

* Communication and enablement: Work out an enablement plan and communication concept and create corresponding material for different levels (management, end-user)

* Ad-hoc support for end-users

INHALTE UND ZIELE

Als Teil der Global Human Resources Service Delivery Organization ist unsere Abteilung Local HR Services Germany für eine große Anzahl administrativer HR Services für ca. 20.000 Mitarbeiter in Deutschland verantwortlich. Wir bearbeiten Anfragen von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften, beraten sie und führen operationale HR Tätigkeiten aus über das komplette Arbeitsleben der Mitarbeiter betreffend (z. B. Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse, Unterstützung im Kündigungsprozess, Beratungen zu Mutterschutz und Elternzeit). Unser Team arbeitet eng mit den HR Business Partnern und den Business Service Center Europe in Prag zusammen.


AUFGABEN


* Bearbeitung von und Verantwortung für den gesamten Arbeitszeugnis-Prozess für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in Deutschland, Schweiz und Österreich

* Erstellung von Zeugnissen auf Deutsch und Englisch

* Beantwortung von Anfragen der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte per E-Mail, HR Ticket oder Telefon

* Kontaktperson für Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte und HR Business Partner in allen Angelegenheiten rund um das Thema Zeugnisse

* Administrative Unterstützung beim Prozess der Vertragsverlängerungen für Studenten, bspw. Vorbereitung der Betriebsratsanhörungen und Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen


BERUFSERFAHRUNG
Erste SAP HR Erfahrungen (Praktika und/oder Werkstudenten-Tätigkeiten) sind von Vorteil.

AUSBILDUNG UND QUALIFIKATIONEN/FÄHIGKEITEN UND KOMPETENZEN

* Absolvent (w/m) einer Universität oder Fachhochschule vorzugsweise in den Studiengängen Betriebswirtschaftslehre (mit Schwerpunkt auf Personal), Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sprachwissenschaften Deutsch oder Englisch oder mit einem vergleichbaren Abschluss eines dualen Studiums

* Exzellente Kenntnisse in Deutsch und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Outlook und Word sowie Kenntnisse von SAP ERP Anwendungen sind von Vorteil
