SAP is offering innovative Cloud Solutions to customers. These solutions are more and more part of the IT strategies of our international customers in the Energy and Natural Resources Industry following an innovative and system driven implementation approach.

Within this EMEA Energy and Resources Services Hub we are looking for Cloud Experts to join our Process Integration Innovation Team.

Center of Expertise (CoE) Process Integration Innovation

The Process Integration Innovation team is in charge of dealing with ENR technical architecture and process integration according to the SAP software and best practices. The mission statement of the CoE is to both lead the technical solution architecture in customer projects across EMEA as well as to develop and deploy innovative solutions and services leveraging the latest SAP technologies and innovations.

The Process Integration & Innovation team ensures that its Service portfolio is available for all relevant market units in EMEA and other regions. In order to achieve our ambitious targets and objectives in the area of adoption of new and innovative solutions at our industry customer base, we are currently looking for Cloud Technology / Advisor Consultants based in Europe.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


* Technology Thought Leadership, especially regarding innovative Cloud Solutions and HANA in-memory technology

* Support of our international customers in cooperation with sales and solution consulting

* Identify and map customer needs into the product and services landscape - engage with the whole Services ENR organization to create a win-win proposal; effectively collaborate with SAP entities such as Cloud, HANA, Mobile, development, other LOBs - innovate the service portfolio offerings.

* Positioning new solutions and services to customers around key business process areas.

* This is key "value-generation" role within customer engagements. In this endeavor, one may need to complement the account teams in evolving and packaging unique solutions. Ability to document and create demo scenarios and envisioning the solution approach would be essential


WORK EXPERIENCE


* SAP experience in international project implementations with focus on SAP Business Technology; Energy and Natural Resource (ENR) industry knowledge is of great advantage

* Strong knowledge of Business Technology

* Proficient understanding of the consulting business processes and functions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


* Graduate / Post-Graduate degrees in all Computer sciences areas or Business Administration

* good knowledge of SAP Cloud implementation methodologies, experience with HANA in-memory technology would be of additional advantage

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Solutions Advisor Senior Specialist role is a client-facing resource for Premium enterprise-level accounts delivering support account management and technical support. The role encompasses ongoing technical support/guidance, business strategy and transformation consultation, and overall account management and oversight. As a customer advocate, the Solutions Advisor is the client's Primary Point of Contact responsible for orchestrating all support activity within SuccessFactors/SAP to deliver a superior client experience. This role focuses on ongoing technical problem solving, relationship-building, proactive account management activities, promoting overall customer satisfaction, product adoption and renewals. The role is responsible for managing high profile and high spend accounts.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Technical Account Management:

* Understand the customer's technical environment including key configuration elements, unique technical specifications and basic technical understanding of all modules implemented with a focus on modules that are high impact.

* Engage and coordinate cross-functional resources both internally and with customer organizations to align on problem solving activity.

* Act as subject matter expert with respect to the customers use of the SuccessFactors solution

* Drive technical escalations and coordinate key resources in the escalation process

Consulting Management:

* Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders and decision makers, understanding and responding to customer needs, and tracking account activity

* Responsible for reviewing, tracking and coordinating Enterprise Support deliverables

* Understand and explain features and benefits of the product line as it relates to customer needs.

* Assist in knowledge transfer of administrative tasks between customer administrators and internal teams.

* Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.

* Facilitate weekly issue reviews, quarterly feature reviews, and Annual Service review presentations and other key Platinum deliverables.

* Facilitate meetings effectively, setting clear goals and expectations, and documenting discussions and next steps.

General Responsibilities:

* Meet customer expectations by anticipating and resolving their issues.

* Provide occasional off-hours technical support with key projects and go-lives.

* Collaborate with internal technical teams by providing important customer feedback, process-improvement suggestions, troubleshooting tips and other actions that improve our products and support.

* Document issues in a CRM system and defects in bug-tracking tool.

The role of Data Management Services (DMS) within SAP Consulting is to advise our national and international customers in strategy definition, conceptual planning and the realization of their business and technological transformation requirements. The service portfolio ranges from one-day expert engagement to long-term customer projects. * Strategische Prozess- und Konzeptberatung zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen für unsere Kunden

* Unterstützung und Qualitätssicherung bei der Einführung der SAP-Lösungen für Energieversorgungsunternehmen

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Akquisition neuer Projekte, Angebotserstellung und -präsentation
