PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Corporate Audit (CA) is an integral part of SAP's management and governance framework. CA reports into the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and to the Supervisory Board's Audit Committee.
The Operations Team within CA provides the backbone for the complete end-to-end audit process, across all four phases of the audit road map:

* Demand management

* Delivery and reporting

* Follow-up
Corporate Audit uses SAP software wherever possible, including the Audit Management Tool and Quality Issue Management. The Operations team also provides a wide range of central services critical to the everyday operation of the entire CA team and for compliance with external requirements, including those of the Institute of Internal Auditors.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As part of the Audit Operations Team, you will get a broad understanding of an internal audit function within an international company. Facing the daily challenges, your support will be needed in both regular and ad-hoc requests in order to meet requirements from the department and various stakeholders outside of Corporate Audit. It is essential to prioritize and structure tasks but to be flexible enough to re-prioritize in order to adapt to changing requirements at the same time. Therefore, your support would cover topics such as:


* Data migration - taking on responsibility to migrate all audit data to a recently implemented audit solution

* Reporting - prepare and consolidate relevant data and create a report in an appropriate format for recipients, i.e. Audit Committee reporting, Board reporting

* Quality checks - ensuring that all necessary information can be found in the systems

* Ad-hoc requests such as creating presentations on board level

* Creating and updating training documents/user manuals as needed

Our team is part of the Cloud and Lifecycle Management (CLM) organization. Our mission is to define and develop enabling technology as well as management tools to help customers deploy and manage existing SAP applications in virtualized data centers and cloud environments. Our two main product lines are LVM (Landscape Virtualization Management) and CAL (Cloud Appliance Library). LVM and CAL play a key role in the SAP internal HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) enablement and are sold to external customers. The team is based in Walldorf (Germany), Palo Alto (USA) and Sofia (Bulgaria). The new team member is part of the development team in Walldorf.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The focus of the local HRBP is to enable managers to become self-sufficient with regards to employee relations matters. He/she translates key business challenges into HR demands and acts as a Change Agent rolling out key processes and in addition supporting managers in people related issues, e.g. by providing guidance and counseling on legal topics and policies that must be adhered to. The local HRBP will support employees in very sensitive or delicate situations. The local HRBP reports to a local HRBP team lead.

* Represent HR towards all locally residing managers

* Provide 1:1 consulting on core HR processes to managers from all board areas in the country, e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management
