PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Customer Engagement Initiative was created for early customer engagement in SAP development projects. It provides guidelines and information material for all activities within the development cycle, offering numerous services to project members and customers, for example support in the requesting and processing of the legal documents necessary for the collaboration activities.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will assist the team with:

* creation of documents required for customer engagement activities (MS Word)

* requesting documents from customers and corresponding with customers and SAP colleagues

* maintenance of lists (MS Excel, MS Access)

* written and phone communication with customers and colleagues (German and English languages).

INHALTE UND ZIELE

Die Customer Engagement Initiative unterstützt Projekt-Teams der SAP dabei, Kunden frühzeitig in die Produktentwicklung einzubinden. Die Initiative bietet den Projekt-Teams dazu verschiedene Services an, beispielsweise Unterstützung bei der Anforderung und Bearbeitung der rechtlichen Dokumente, die für Kooperationsaktivitäten erforderlich sind.


AUFGABEN

Als Werkstudent (w/m) unterstützen Sie unser Team durch folgende Aktivitäten:

* Erstellung von für Kunden-Aktivitäten benötigten Dokumenten (in MS Word)

* Anforderung der Dokumente von Kunden und Korrespondenz mit Kunden und SAP-Mitarbeitern

* Pflege von Listen (MS Excel)

* Schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und SAP-Mittarbeitern ( in englischer oder deutscher Sprache)
