PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The manufacturing and specially the automotive industry is a target market for SAP. It is currently undergoing strong business transformations.

As the management consulting team of SAP, Business Transformation Services (BTS) works with SAP customers to implement new business models and drive change processes, to improve business processes by using best practices and to develop the enterprise architecture and roadmaps to implement it. Moreover we drive organizational changes within implementation projects, prepare investment decisions based on detailed business case examinations and enable cost reductions (total cost of operation) and process efficiency (total value of ownership).

Overall, BTS's goal is to create or change existing processes and landscapes which positively influence company's growth, profitability, and strategic positioning. The team consists of approx. 22 consultants from high profiles. The BTS Manufacturing team delivers a volume of approx. 6 million EUR of revenue and holds lots of different strategic projects in his responsibility.

The Administration Associate/Generalist(f/m) will support the Manager and his team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Proactive and energetic team player, delivering high quality results in daily office management
* Self-learner, quickly adjusts to new challenges of a global business unit in a multi-cultural environment
* Calendar management: Planning and organization of internal and external meetings
* Inbox-Management
* Preparation and documentation of team meetings, organization of logistics
* Organizing business trips
* Travel expense accounting
* Administrative tasks - create purchase order requests (internal & external), order office material, room bookings
* Project Management Support
* Support in Controlling and Consulting process (e.g. Bid-Management, ISP Handling, RPT Handling)
* Invoicing
* Preparation of project closure slides
* Quality Control Activities

WORK EXPERIENCE
* We are looking for someone with a 5+ years experience in team support in a comparable area
* Demonstrated success in a multi-national and multi-cultural work environment

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Degree as qualified secretary (f/m) or comparable training
* Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English and German - the main language is German, but English is mandatory because we have some international customers we look after
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Customer focused
* Strong organization and prioritizing skills
* Attention to detail and focus on delivery quality
* Willing and able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriate
* Able to work under pressure
* Ability to work self driven
