PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The EMEA EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) HUB provides E2E services to support our market units and clients to drive market penetration, revenue and profitability with SAP's new and world class Warehouse management solution. Following activities are in focus and prioritized by the team to gain market share, drive revenue and profitability:
* Implementation of EWM projects - design and realize high quality EWM solutions at our customers
* Service Portfolio Management - closely collaborate with our SPM organization to sell & deliver existing portfolio and expand portfolio with new items
* Software and Services sales support - close collaboration with our sales team to ensure a successful sales cycle be involving required skills and services
* Engagement Engineering - Assemble customer individual EWM implementation roadmaps by using existing components from the service portfolio
* Knowledge Management - ensure sufficient skills ramp-up and knowledge sharing to drive re-use and enable efficient and profitable delivery
* Collaboration with Ecosystem - ensure scalability be active collaboration with our partners and structured involvement in opportunities and joined delivery

We are looking for highly motivated graduates (m/f) or young professionals that are eager to develop EWM in EMEA and support in selling and delivering our service offerings.

The role as an EWM Associate Consultant (m/f) requires a deep understanding of business drivers and concepts in warehousing. The applicant should be able to transfer business requirements into the SAP EWM solution and to support the customer in this transition.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Participate on strategic customer engagements in a leveraged role
* Design and configure high quality solutions for warehousing
* Support the development of the EWM service portfolio
* Contribute to the EWM community and Knowledge management
* Participating in the development & execution of critical training events (bootcamps)
* Pre-Sales support (Investment/Chargeable), e.g. in the form of feasibility analyses, scoping workshops and presentations
* Support and enable Consulting Services Sales (CPs/CEMs) and License Sales (i.e. services positioning strategy; implementation approaches; proposal development; scoping & estimating) limited to capacity and focused on larger/strategic opportunities
* Provide specialty consulting services (i.e. roadmap development; assessments, solution (Q/A) reviews, landscape design, technology optimization)
* Keep current on new product offerings, release levels, industry issues, methodologies, & market trends

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Master's or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics or Business Administration
* High interest and first experience in warehousing
* Basic understanding of SAP EWM application
* Knowledge of ASAP methodology, productized services and service strategy is a big plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team player - Ability to work well with others
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Experience and Passion for working in an international, virtual, matrix organization
* Self-motivated, well organized and have strong design and facilitation capabilities
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
* Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with clients. Works collaboratively with project managers, partner consultants and SAP entities like GDC, CD, AGS, Development
* Interpersonal skills, communications/presentation skills (verbal, written), team player/interpersonal Skills, Proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus, high drive, self-starter, motivated
* Ability and willingness to travel for app than 80% of the time
* Fluent English is a must, other languages a plus
