PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) is the global shared service at SAP® to serve customer, partner, and internal learning needs by providing innovative and effective knowledge transfer products and services.

As part of SAP Education, KPS:* Enables SAP Education business
* Contributes to SAP solution readiness (documentation, SAP Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer)
* Supports learning and talent management regarding internal education at SAP, for example, Value University
* Serves SAP ecosystem enablement and small and midsize enterprise-related knowledge transfer
* Drives knowledge management innovation and contributes to corporate initiatives

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Architectural Design of Curricula and KT Products:* Co perform Curriculum design, Assess course specific feedback
* Manage & perform course design: Be accountable for your curriculum/solution blueprint
* Supervise production: accountability for content quality and consistency across the E2E prod.
* Ensure/perform quality assurance (content/design based), performs regular and spot QA-checks
* Develop scalable and cost efficient work models in area of responsibility to ensure timely availability of curricula/KT products

Courseware Development:* Contribute to content development (according to current standards) for system and KT product content: procedures, tasks, simulations, demos & exercises
* Build and maintain training system content

Education Delivery and Maintenance:* Deliver pilot sessions/trainings
* Own and Support education deliverables, track and incorporate feedback over entire lifecycle
* Participate in defining, establishing and improving processes, standards and tools in order to increase productivity and quality

Further Expectations:* Stay up to date on latest KT tools and methodologies, continuously drive to optimize processes
* Stay up to date on solution scope and latest updates from software development
* "Extend solution coverage" - ready to take ownership in others solution areas

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Work experience: minimum 3-5 years in SAP NW ABAP Programming
* Experience in developing and delivering training
* Project Management and Consulting experience beneficial

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* University degree in Business or natural science related field with high marks or extensive work experience in the area of NetWeaver ABAP Programming
* SAP certification in the respective solution area(s)
* Experience using, configuring and customizing SAP software in the respective Solution area
* Experience as project team member or a project manager
* Clear and grammatically accurate writing style
* Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
* Networking skills to assist with sourcing of and collaboration with external subject matter experts
* Strong technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn other technologies as needed
* High didactical aptitude in order to structure and convey complex subjects
* Good understanding of the business processes in the respective SAP Solution area
* Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
