PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Globalization Services (GS) acts as 'One Face to the Field Organization and SAP Customers' for all globalization topics: internationalization, localization and translation.

The department consists of more than 20 nationalities representing. Development Unit 1 (GDU 1) is located in Germany, India, Russia, Israel and Portugal. The department language is English.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We're looking for an experienced developer (f/m) joining our localization development projects, especially for the Business Suite Country Version Brazil. These projects are part of a so-called 'Factor N' initiative and create solutions for the Brazilian Market build on SAP's Business Suite. Since we apply LEAN and Scrum in our product development, you'll be working not only on pure development task types, but also on tasks related to f.e. specification, quality measures and testing.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* 2 or more years in SAP application development (F.e. ABAP Objects, UI technology)
* Experience in Business Suite applications like SAP ERP Financials/Logistics, SAP CRM or SAP SRM
* Experience in both solution management and application development is highly welcome

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Degree in computer or natural science or equivalent subject
* Alternatively BA study or apprenticeship at SAP
* Very good powers of comprehension and high quality commitment
* Willingness to quickly acquire understanding in new areas
* Fluent English (German optional)
* Constructive and open style of communication
* Flexibility when dealing with other mentalities and cultures
* Willingness to travel (occasionally)
