PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The TIP PA Orchestration & Application Architecture Team acts across many SAP domains in an interdisciplinary way. Our charter is to define SAP's orchestration and application architecture from a holistic point of point jointly with the different development organizations.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As member of the product architecture team for orchestration and application architecture, you will develop and validate a
sustainable and feasible strategy, roadmap and architecture for Business Rule Management & Decision Support with product owners and development teams within and across SAP development, including:
* Roll-in, roll-out, and knowledge transfer
* Support, guide or coach development teams
* Define and align requirements
* Contribute to proof of concepts
* Support customer-facing activities

WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years experience in software development, design and architecture.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Computer skills:
* Excellent software design and development skills
* Knowledge of SAP and industry standard technologies
* Experience in the area of business rules management and/or decision support in SAP solutions
Language skills:
* Fluency in German & English (written & spoken)
Soft skills:
* Strong analytical skills, and ability to conceptualize sustainable architectures, defining technology strategies and roadmaps
* Creativity combined with a pragmatic sense for priorities and urgency
* High level of attention to detail, self-motivation and agility to prevail in a challenging, continuously changing technical landscape
* Excellent team player with a strong sense for networking and the ability to independently
* Drive towards tangible results
* Ability to incorporate the perspective of users of the future products into architecture & design
* Strong communication skills
