PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will assist the Head of Global Controlling in a variety of tasks and as part of the management team:

* Support of projects of various sizes and nature
* Preparation of decisions to be made by Steering Committees and executives
* Organization and follow-up of meetings and events (e.g. management meetings, steering committee meetings, etc.)
* Prepare presentations for internal and external events (e.g. presentations for conventions etc.)

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Graduate or first work experience in Controlling-related environment
* Solid know how of MS office products Outlook and Word
* Fluent in English and German

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* University degree in Business Administration or related field with MBA level
* Solid background in Controlling, either gained through university or first practical work experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Outstanding communication and networking skills and ability to work with colleagues on all levels of the organization
* Drive and focus on results and execution
* Excellent team player valuing diversity and inclusiveness
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
* Highest level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
* Ability to work independently with multiple and complex tasks in a virtual and international environment, strong prioritization ability included
* Passion, the ability to work under pressure, a high level of initiative, dedication to taking responsibility and ensuring quality are essential
* Way of working is very structured, self-directed and organized
