PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Solution Assembly & Packaging holds end-to-end responsibility for planning, defining, governing, creating, and assembling solution packages, which consist of a combination of software, pre-configuration and productized services to enable customers in the large enterprise space to consume SAP solutions faster and easier at reduced cost and risk.
The Packaging Factory is responsible for ensuring solution package delivery for market
introduction by
* Early assembly of preconfigured content and software products in-line with development tact
* Creation of preconfigured integration and localization content
* Creation of test cases, test catalogs, test packages, and test plans
* Creation of package documentation
* Provisioning of packages and repository content for consumption
* Creation and maintenance of Solution packages via bundling with productized services
* Delivery and maintenance of assembly methodology; package life-cycle management

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will be responsible to develop documentation content for Productized Service Packages in a project oriented approach. You will work closely with software developers, solution management experts, and other writers. Your primary tasks will include:
* Writing scenario oriented documentation for multiple purposes (Installation and Configuration Guides, Process description, Go-To-Market materials)
* Ensure consistency (content, terminology) across all documentation assets
* Build pages in html format

WORK EXPERIENCE
* You have experience with SAP information development processes, tools and quality standards
* You are familiar with SAP technology
* An additional technical background regarding SAP technologies that are currently used in the SAP Business All-in-One environment would be helpful

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in documentation development
* Knowledge of MS Office products; HTML Knowledge
* Experience with SAP standard documentation tools
* Flexibility; good planning skills
* Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
* Excellent German and English language skills
