PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The regional optimization and enablement manager identifies, adopts, manages and delivers training, coaching and enablement programs for the Inside Marketing audiences. These include training for key tools and processes such as CRM, sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, as well as standard curricula and enablement programs according to regional, global and local marketing planning.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Liaises with regional and local contacts to identify and validate training and enabalement requests
* Designs deployment activities and communications to appropriate audiences for maximum training impact
* Delivers training programs as required, both in-person and virtually through virtual classroom
* Manages regional training resources and communicates frequently with vendor training personnel
* Perform training quality measurements on delivered programs
* Provides training and monitors implementation and change management by performing regular adherence reviews with Inside Marketing team leader and vendor operational personnel
* Performs regular reviews and needs analysis to understand requirements according to marketing planning and business development and addresses requirements towards global teams
* Liases with global and regional quality management to establish closed loop between quality results, coaching and training programs
* Supports Demand Center EMEA + India teams to assure continuous optimization of Inside Marketing agent and team leader skills, utilization, performance and overall improvement of quality

Key Duties:
Inside Marketing Training Program Management and Delivery
* Perform needs analysis with regional constituencies and Inside Marketing vendors
* Assemble global curriculum and job aids for EMEA + India Inside Marketing
* Manage adoptions and work with field trainers, team leaders and other groups to leverage programs
* Communicate program to key constituencies
* Prepare to deliver programs like: SPIN Selling & SPIN Coaching; New hire boot, Level 1 + Level 2 Training; Tele-Web Training; SAP Solution & Services Trainings; Team Leader Enablement; Performance Management & Coaching
* Deliver programs and assessments across region as required
* Manage training budget

CRM and Process Training Program Mgr
* Manage localization and update of CRM dc curriculum
* Coordinate with other groups on assembling the curriculum
* Work with key users field trainers to understand requirements and enable them to deliver the curriculum
* Proactively communicate program to audiences, key constituencies and training community

Coaching Program Management and Quality Improvement
* Assemble, deliver and manage coaching programs for Inside Marketing agents and team leader including quality monitoring
* Work with Inside Marketing quality personnel to support implementation and identify actions to improve quality
* Coordinate with other groups on coaching and quality improvement programs, such as Active Coaching and SPIN Coaching

Inside Marketing Enablement
* Coordinate with other groups on assembling job aids, PCA's and enablement material according to marketing planning, competitive and market development
* Work with IM team leader and field trainers to train them to implement and reinforce
* Proactively communicate to audiences, key constituencies and training community

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* College and/or University Degree desired (or equivalent education)
* 5+ years of experience
* Understanding of IT market
* Understanding of Sales and TeleMarketing Processes
* Understanding of SAP Strategic Business Priorities and SAP organization
