PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Consulting Business Operations is responsible for Skill and Knowledge Management (SKM), Project Management, Resource Management and Customer Process Innovation in EMEA Services. SKM defines and supports processes of learning, innovation and skill development in this region. We foster knowledge transfer and enable people to people interaction in communities of practice along industries, solutions and cross-topics.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
During the course of your work you will:* Support EMEA CDO SKM in the operations of the "Knowledge Management in the EMEA Practices and Hubs" concept by self-responsible planning and realization of individual work packages
* Act as an interface between the Practices and Hubs and the SKM team members
* Interact with the EMEA Practice or Hub KM Champions, including ad-hoc support

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) at an university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Computer Sciences, Business Administration or any Education related field of study
* Profound knowledge of Microsoft-Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
* Experience with Web 2.0 and Social Media are a plus
* Fluency in English and in German language is mandatory
* Strong analytical and design skills, team player, strong communicator, high level of self-motivation
* Interest in Knowledge Management
