PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Vocational Training Department takes care of 279 trainees and students from the University of Cooperative Education Baden Württemberg in Germany as well as students in India and China.

The recruitment of qualified trainees is one of the targets of the human resources policy at SAP. 17 people currently work in the internationa Vocational Training team

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Assistance of the manager and the department regarding all administrative and organizational issues:
* Preparation of national and international meetings and presentations as well as writing minutes
* Managing the calendar of the team manager
* Assistance of the team members regarding administrative tasks, business trip planning and maintaining data
* Contact person for all members of the team and for the trainees
* Stand-in for the team assistant
* Support for the application administration (e. g. scheduling and coordination of applicant days, contracts)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of university or university of applied sciences
* Strong MS-Office Skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a team
* Service and customer orientation
* Quality awareness
* Ability to work effectively on your own initiative and independently
* Organizing ability
* Sense of discretion
