PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Vocational Training Department takes care of 290 trainees and students from the University of Cooperative Education Baden Württemberg in Germany as well as students in India and China. The recruitment of qualified trainees is one of the targets of the human resources policy at SAP. The international Vocational Training Team currently consists of 17 employees.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Prepare national and international meetings and presentations as well as writing minutes
* Manage calendar of the team manager
* Assist team members regarding administrative tasks, business trip planning and maintaining data
* Be contact person (w/m) for all team members and trainees
* Stand-in for the team assistant
* Support application administration (e. g. scheduling and coordination of applicant days, contracts)
* Support pupil internship process

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of university or university of applied sciences
* Strong MS-Office Skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a team
* Service and customer orientation
* Quality awareness
* Ability to work effectively on your own initiative and independently
* Organizing ability
* Sense of discretion
