PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Help to manage Value University Global Field Operations Experienced New Hires onboarding in 2011. This includes: * Assisting in creation and development of content of E-learnings, virtual training sessions, and classroom training (i.e., scheduling, content production support, research, speaker briefings, materials production, logistics, participant registration, etc)
* Project management support for delivery of Sales boot camps for new hires
* Document management
* Communication support
* Infrastructure and Reporting tasks

Opportunities * Learn about Value University as a training organization within SAP
* Learn about SAP strategy, products and services and meet internal experts
* Support daily business in the Global Value University
* Learn how to use, set up and manage SAP's communication and social networking tools

Impact and participate in the way Sales on boarding runs at SAP

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Information Technology
* Proficient knowledge MS Office
* Fluent in German and English, other languages would be an asset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent project management skills (Attention to detail is critical)
* Ability to work in a global team, with good communication skills
* High level of commitment and initiative
