PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Help support and manage the 2011 Young Professionals training program in Europe including:
* E-learning, virtual live, and classroom training design and delivery support (i.e. scheduling, content production support, research, speaker briefings, materials production, logistics, participant registration, etc)
* Best practice documentation/sharing
* Document management
* Social media - support set up and management of social media presence (wikis, blogs etc)
* Reporting support (presentations, etc)
* Participant tracking

Opportunities:
* Meet senior SAP executives
* Learn about SAP strategy, products and services first hand from top SAP execs
* Help develop/deliver an interactive learning program for recent university and MBA graduates
* Learn how to use, set up and manage SAP's state of the art social networking tools
* Effect on way business is run

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communications or related
* Knowledge of MS Office apps plus social media
* Fluent English is a must plus German, French or Spanish ideal
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent project management skills (attention to detail is critical)
* Experience with social networking tools (setting up, managing)
* Experience setting up and/or facilitating learning programs a plus
