PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The student (f/m) will join the Regional team in the area of HR & Transformation in EMEA. The region consists of 48 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Previously the region was divided into two separate regions but has recently merged into one. As a consequence we are undergoing a significant transformation phase where alignment and knowledge sharing onprocesses and operations amongst the countries needs to take place.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Support the EMEA HR Business Partner for Sales Business Areas in executing various HR processes within the business
* Support global HR projects, e.g. Career Landscape
* Deal with international managers on a regular basis
* Actively interact with HR management team after an intensive training over the first weeks

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences with intermediate diploma or at least in the fourth semester
* A preferable theoretical background would encompass language and communication sciences, industrial and organizational psychology, business studies, educational sciences and/or human resources management
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Outlook
* Fluent in English both writtten and spoken, German would be an advantage
