PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Value Engineering EMEA + India consists of a team of approximately 60 Value Engineers with management consulting skills. The team provide a portfolio of services designed to assist selected SAP customers in diagnosing business process challenges and identifying future requirements. They help in aligning business and IT strategies and quantify expected business value from SAP solutions.
The objective of the SAP Value Engineering EMEA+India Value Academy programme is to train customers in the Value Management methodology and use of Value Engineering SAP tools. The programme consists of approximately 28 full Academies and 50 individual academies spread across various countries in 3 continents. There will be approximately 1000 attendees, from some of SAP's biggest customers, in 2010.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Responsible for being a single point of contact for information on customers nominated or attending the 2010 Value Academy program
* Liaising with local Value Engineer co-ordinators from countries around EMEA and India
* Updating customer nominations received
* Responsible for all maintaining all customer contact details
* Sending out invitations to customers finally qualified
* Sending the Value Academy tracker to VE co-ordinators once a week
* Updating the tracker with results of the Value Management Survey from customers
* Tracking Benchmarking Surveys from customers
* Obtaining and updating the tracker with a final list of attendees at Value Academies
* Providing statistics as and when required to various stakeholders in the programme

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences, preferred fields: Business, Economics or Business Technology
* Advanced Excel
* Good level of English
* Good communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work with people in different countries
* Some previous work experience preferable
