PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Founded in January 2005 the research center in Dresden/Germany has quickly become one of the cornerstones in the global SAP Research network. The center is one of the main drivers behind SAP's global research activities in the application fields of Future Manufacturing and Semantic Applications. With a number of external and internal projects the research center in Dresden also significantly contributes to the research programs Software Engineering, Service Science, Technology Infrastructure, Information Management, Smart Items, Collaborative Business, and User Experience.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for highly motivated students (f/m) willing to significantly contribute to the work within our public-funded research project ADiWa - Allianz Digitaler Warenfluss.
Your work as a student (f/m) will cover one or more of the following tasks:
* Implementation of UI mock-ups and UI prototypes comprising UI frameworks, visualization, and various modes of interaction strategies
* Evaluation of prototypes with respect to added value and innovative use cases
* Integration of prototypes with existing applications and / or infrastructure

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (m/f) of a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Science, Media Design, or related sciences with very good results
* Good skills in MS Silverlight, C++, Java
* Fluency in oral and written English; fluent oral and written German is an asset
* Team player
* Ability to quickly acquire new technologic skills
