PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP AG has a vibrant ecosystem which facilitates SAP employees, customers and partners working together to make our customers best-run companies.

One of the roles of the Global Partner Operations and Services team is to keep partners up to date with SAP technologies and to enable them with technical support. A short time-to-market is important for SAP. This also applies to our partners solutions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
After thourough training on the service portfolio for partners you will be assisting the sales group in positioning such partner enablement services.
In order to shorten the sales cycle of such service offerings you will be responsible for

* Keeping track of service requests pending using SAP CRM
* Support the team during peak times by calling/emailing partners yourself in German and English
* Coordinating feedback with SAP internal stakeholders and
* Assisting in reports to management.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration focused on Marketing/Communications, Computer Studies or Business Information Technology
* Computer skills: Profound knowledge of MS Office
* Fluent in English and German
* Excellent writing skills
* Call center experience welcome
