PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As the management consultancy of SAP, SAP Business Transformation Services supports customers in identifying value creation potential in the planning of strategic IT projects. The aim is to create flexible, cross-company processes, thereby significantly influencing enterprises' growth, profitability, and strategic positioning against their competition. A major factor for doing so successfully is to identify and fulfill customers' requirements, both from an IT perspective and in relation to the affected departments. SAP Business Transformation Services uses strategic analysis, plans, and implementation scenarios to add value to companies by:
* Developing and putting into practice groundbreaking strategies for business processes and IT
* Implementing best-practice business processes
* Preparing investment decisions based on detailed business case examinations
* Enabling cost reductions (total cost of operation) and process efficiency (total value of ownership)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Research and Knowledge Development regarding trends and topics in Utilities industry, e.g. Billing, Metering, Customer Service
* Preparation and Execution of Customer Workshops for the definition of business and functional requirements for Utilities processes
* Support of Business and IT architecture designing
* Support of Implementation Projects
* Development of Business Cases and TCO Analyses
* Consulting for our Utilities Customers in the domain of Process optimization with the use of SAP Standard Products or Specific Industry Solutions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Business/Economics or IT)
* Negotiation skills - communications/presentation skills (oral, written) - team player/interpersonal skills - proactive networking attributes - results and execution focus - high drive, self-starter/-motivated
* Knowledge of SAP solution portfolio in the Utilities industry or first experience in Consulting is an asset, e.g. working experience, internships, studies
* Computer skills: MS Office, Unterstanding the possible application of SAP software
* Fluent in German and English is mandatory
