PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Sourcing-to-Pay addresses the market demand for an end-to-end procurement solution from the sourcing to the payment process.

The goal is to provide a fully integrated solution with dramatically improved usability to enable SAP to compete and win against key competitors.

Work on different products of the SAP procurement portfolio including SRM, ERP, SAP Sourcing and Spend & Supplier Analytics.

Get in touch with potential areas of interaction between Sourcing-to-Pay components and business networks like B2B platforms, procurement networks, professional social networks and collaboration tools.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Proactive and energetic team player, delivering high quality results in daily office management/daily business
* Ability to run smaller projects on her/his own, take accountability for results
* Project Management Support
* Providing regular updates to manager on project status
* Preparation team meetings, organization of logistics/ business trips, execution on follow-ups
* Calendar management, Planning and organization of internal and external meetings
* Travel expense accounting
* Prepare reports, professional slides and graphic presentations
