PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Partner Marketing Expert (m/f) will collaborate with SAP and partner stakeholders to position and promote relevant Services and Technology partner offerings internally and externally. He/she will develop and deliver best in class global partner marketing plans and programs with global SAP services and technology partners. He/she will contribute to the enhancement and mainstreaming of the SAP partner ecosystem by supporting Partner Marketing's communication and marketing enablement projects. He/she works closely with the Global and Regional Ecosystem Partner Management, Global Marketing, Industry Business Units and our partner's marketing management and supports the rollout of our global partner marketing programs to the regions.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Main responsibilities include the following for selected services and technology partner marketing programs:
* Work with SAP and partner stakeholders to integrate prioritized offerings with our services and technology partners into SAP's and partner's sales, marketing and industry portfolios
* Develop and execute marketing plans for joint GTM programs with a focus on lead generation in close interaction with SAP services and technology partners
* Develop partner marketing programs and sales and marketing enablement for products jointly developed with Services and technology Partners
* Manage the joint SAP/partner marketing development delivery and leverage a large number of virtual team members to execute in a timely fashion and within budget
* Support field marketing during the rollout of partner GTM campaigns based on field priorities and requirements
* Use Partner Marketing's consistent delivery frameworks to provide content about partner's value add in close interaction with partner and Solution Marketing and promote it to the field; deliverables include FAQs, presentations, webinars, competitive response sheets, sales guides, partner guides, etc.
* Pro-actively support members of the SAP Ecosystem and Partner Group in obtaining local and regional marketing commitment to run programs within the context of the program objectives in a pre-defined timeframe
* Support rollout of GTM and communication projects by representing and promoting holistic and well-articulated Marketing Plans with a focus on lead generation in close interaction with partners
* Track and analyze progress and success of partner marketing programs
* Drive closed loop continual improvement of deliverables, GEPM templates, processes and of partner framework
* Establish / maintain credibility with key stakeholders by maintaining and enhancing knowledge through self-learning and participation in partnering activities
* Implement up to date industry 'best practices', propel the partner ecosystem, and apply an "outside in" approach to partner marketing
* Work closely with the partners and SAP's field organization in order to ensure consistent messaging, and streamlined communication between the respective marketing organizations
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 8+ years of industry and marketing experience
* At least 4+ years IT industry and partner management or partner marketing experience with an international role
* Leading marketing project experience (4+ years)
* Project management experience, preferably in a multi-site/ international environment at a top 100 company

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Master's degree in Business Administration, marketing or computer science
* Business acumen - experienced in development and tactical execution of marketing plans with ability to deliver on goals
* Works effectively in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals
* A consensus-builder and is capable of utilizing his/her strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills in English to successfully interact with colleagues, partners and executive management
* Ability to manage programs and projects
* Ability to multi-task and manage expectations and timelines
* Ability to negotiate commitments and to follow-up on them
* Ability to build, leverage and maintain a network of SAP internal and external contacts and working relationships
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize data to develop data-based recommendations
* Demonstrated skills in interacting with customers and partners and managing customer and partner expectations
* Effective use of Microsoft Office products and basic SAP applications
* Ability to travel
