PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As the management consultancy of SAP, SAP Business Transformation Consulting supports customers in identifying value creation potential in the planning of strategic IT projects.

The aim is to create flexible, cross-company processes, thereby significantly influencing enterprises growth, profitability, and strategic positioning against their competition. A major factor for doing so successfully is to identify and fulfill customers requirements, both from an IT perspective and in relation to the affected departments. SAP Business Transformation Consulting uses strategic analysis, plans, and implementation scenarios to add value to companies by:
* Developing and putting into practice groundbreaking strategies for business processes and IT
* Implementing best-practice business processes
* Preparing investment decisions based on detailed business case examinations
* Enabling cost reductions (total cost of operation) and process efficiency (total value of ownership)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a consultant who thinks and acts in an entrepreneurial way. The assignment of tasks is very diverse and requires maximum professionalism, operational readiness and flexibility.

Tasks are the successful lead and implementation of projects in the area of process optimisation, IT strategies and feasibility studies with regards to the SAP product portfolio.
Conducting client workshops and from this formulating specialist requirements for processes and SAP products. Development of business cases or TCO analysis.

The task is furthermore characterised by the responsible handling of client proposals, as well as the targeted expansion of the sector Professional Services. The guidance of younger colleagues is also part of the task.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Master degree or equivalent
* Excellent communication and analytical skills (presentation skills oral & written - team player/ interpersonal skills - proactive networking attributes - results and execution focus - high drive, self-starter/-motivated)
* High customer orientation and practical experience in customer-oriented project work
* Knowledge of SAP solution portfolio in the Professional Services Industry (at least deep knowledge in one relevant product)
* Fluent in German and English is mandatory
