PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The global Field Services Delivery Office is responsible for managing Field Services Hubs and Practices from a global operational perspective, driving new product launch and ramp-up activities from a Field Services point of view, supporting global Field Services Delivery business planning and operations monitoring as well as driving special projects. To better support our internal customers and drive additional activities we are looking for a Project Principal Consultant (M/F).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Ensuring key methods, tools, and processes are available to support the ramp-up, management and operations of Services Hubs and Practices in their areas of responsibility (e.g. Knowledge Management, Service Portfolio Management, Workforce Management and Consulting Interfaces Management)
* Supporting Product Launch and Market Introduction activities (e.g. Ramp-Up, Feedback to Development, etc.)
* Structuring Field Services Competencies (Industries, Solutions, Platform/Technology,...) and driving alignment within and outside of Field Services
* Coordinating Business Planning and supporting the provision of operational reports
* At least 8 years professional experience

TRAVEL
Occasional travel (e.g. up to 10%)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Master's degree or MBA or equivalent training and job experience
* Excellent project/program management skills, preferably in multi-location projects
* Deep understanding of SAP Services operations and business drivers (experience working with Hubs and Practices would be an asset)
* High drive, customer orientation and proactive self-starter
* Business acumen and analytical skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Experience in working in a global / virtual / matrix organization
* Experience in Consulting respectively Management / Strategy Consulting would be an asset
* Interpersonal skills: Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus, ability to drive change
* Proficiency in English (a must) & other languages (would be an asset)
