PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAPs Information Technology department (SAP-IT) is responsible for SAPs worldwide IT infrastructure and supports all important business processes within SAP.

As part of SAP-IT, the Release & Production Management Team is focusing on the internal business landscapes based on SAP software solutions (ERP, CRM, BW, Netweaver...). It is responsible for maintenance and operation of the internal business system landscapes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
There will be a close interaction with other teams of the IT Application unit and IT security. The run of the existing solution and the build of new systems will give an interesting insight into the latest SAPs technologies in a challenging environment.

As Security Officer (f/m) you :
* Define and approval security related tasks which are carried out to partner or other departments
* Ensure that security guidelines and recommendations are followed and implemented in SAP´s Business systems (e.g. SAP security notes)
* IT Security advisory / consulting for projects & implementation within functional block (globally)
* IT Security Incident/Gap Handling
* Ensure IT Security Compliance on SOX relevant systems
* Coordinate & monitor the implementation status of IT Security measures for the internal control system
* Collaborate with IT Security & Risk office about identified IT Security incidents and gaps
* Definition, maintenance and support of Developer roles & profiles and ensure SOD
* Maintenance data for automated approval process in Access Control system

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Work experiences in an SAP environment, + 5 years

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Experiences in SAP System and Applications
* Experience in Basis authorizations
* Good knowledge and understanding in Basis Technologies
* Proven skills in IT security topics
* Team player
* Advanced communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in German and English
