PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Do you have a passion for knowledge transfer for the global Small and Midsize Enterprise
(SME) market?
The SAP Business ByDesign Knowledge Management team is looking for a strong,
self-motivated, enthusiastic person to join our team as a Technical Writer/Information
Developer.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a member of the SAP Business ByDesign Knowledge Management team, your main responsibilities will be:

*Creating and delivering Help documentation and Built-In Learning content in English for
SAP Business ByDesign in the area of Financials
* Providing knowledge transfer (KT) support for SAP Business ByDesign customers
* Supporting the SAP Field organization, Solution Management, Development, and partners with your knowledge as a KT expert

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Professional experience in technical writing or development of training materials is an advantage
* Experience in customer support or consulting for SAP products is welcome

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* University degree in Technical Writing, IT/Economics, or a language-based university degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner
* SAP product knowledge in the area of Financials is an advantage
* English native speaker preferred (a good knowledge of German is an advantage)
