PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP® Business Transformation Services, the Management Consulting Organization of SAP, supports customers of all industries to:

oDevelop and align strategic enterprise objectives, business processes, and IT landscapes
oArchitect and drive organizational change in business transformation
oImprove and innovate business processes to receive value from the SAP IT Solutions
oPrepare investment decisions based on detailed business case examinations
oEnable cost reductions (total cost of operation) and process efficiency (total value of ownership)

Overall, BTSs goal is to create flexible, cross-company enterprise architectures that positively influence companies growth, profitability, and strategic positioning.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
oHelp to grow market awareness and business footprint for SAP with regards to sustainability related consulting services
oFurther develop the sustainability related consulting service portfolio that meets market requirements and leverages SAPs services and SW product assets
oAct as a multiplier and focal point for all sustainability related topics and activities within SAP Business Transformation Services that are directed both towards our clients, our partners and other departments within SAP (Solution Consulting, Development, etc.)
oActively drive sustainability related sales for SAP Consulting, in particular BTS, including business development and proposal management
oDevelop sustainability related thought leadership point of views and case studies
oLead sustainability related projects involving multiple teams and people from different departments, regions, and cultures
oPrepare and execute customer workshops on sustainability related business transformation at senior management level

WORK EXPERIENCE
o5+ years experience as a management consultant, industry process expert or academic researcher in the area of sustainability
oHands-on experience in consulting project sales
oProject management experience
oStrong awareness of global cultural differences; previous work experience in a multi-national environment
oResults-driven: starts, drives and accomplishes tasks with little direction
oTeam-oriented: builds strong relationships at every level of the organization and is a strong motivator who knows how to influence others to perform their very best

TRAVEL
International travel required

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
oMasters degree (preferably in business/economics)
oExtensive knowledge and practical experience in sustainability related topics
oUnderstanding of sustainability related trends and topics and their impact on business strategies
oProven thought leadership track record in sustainability (desired)
oKnowledge of the SAP product portfolio of sustainability solutions
oExcellent communication and presentation skills
oStrong problem solving abilities and out-of-the box thinking
oExcellent verbal and written English language
