PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Manufacturing and Consumer Industries Sector is responsible for SAPs solution offering for Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) across industries such as Metals & Mining, Oil&Gas, Consumer Products, Chemicals, High Tech, Automotive, Industrial Machinery and Construction and others.
For the cross industry CTRM team we are looking for a Solution Expert for the end-to-end process for Commodity Risk Management. The Solution Expert is accountable for the solution strategy related to an end-to-end process ensuring successful delivery of solutions to our customers. In this role he/she will work closely with customers, partners, the product and development teams and other industry experts such as analysts. The candidate will also align closely with the different internal teams like the Line of Business (LoB) Solution Management for Finance and the Product Unit Finance.
We are looking for a team member who has a strong background in the Commodity Risk Management business area and functional solution background in the area of Treasury and Risk Management.
The role will have a cross industry focus in Commodity Risk Management within the Manufacturing and Consumer Products industries. The line organization will be within the IBU Mill Products & Mining. We offer a challenging opportunity for a self-motivated individual in a strong team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Define Solution offering for Commodity Risk Management
* Own business plan for commodity risk management
* Contribute to, check and agree to product/release backlog, as well as to changes that impact solution requirements throughout the Product Creation Process
* Provide feedback regarding solution to (Chief) Product Owner after each tact
* Orchestrate the Go to Market process in close collaboration with all stakeholders such as Industry Marketing, Field Organization, partners and key customers
* Good team spirit and ability to work in a virtual team

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Work experience in solution management, consulting or similar tasks in the area of commodity risk management
* Good business / industry experience preferably in the area of commodity risk management

Yes, occasional travel (Global)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Business Expertise in Commodity Risk Management with a focus on paper trading and derivatives
* Strong functional expertise in SAPs Treasury and Risk Management solution.
* Good analytical skills and the ability to think in processes

* Good communication and presentation skills
* Strong English language skills
