PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Globalization Services (GS) acts as 'One Face to the Field Organization and SAP Customers' for all globalization topics: internationalization, localization and translation.

The department consists of more than 20 nationalities representing. Development Unit 1 (GDU 1) is located in Germany, India, Russia, Israel and Portugal. The department language is English.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
BusinessByDesign is planned to be offered in many new countries in the coming years, for example in Brazil and Mexico. To achieve this challenging country roadmap, we are looking for an experienced "Solution Management Specialist/Expert" joining our localization development projects in the area of BusinessByDesign. Since we apply LEAN and Scrum in our product development, as a member of a scrum team you will not only work on pure solution management tasks like requirement analysis, specification or testing, but, depending on your technical background, you will also take over tasks like BC content creation, UI design, quality measures or even classical development tasks.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* 2 or more years in SAP solution management or application development
* Experience in BusinessByDesign or Business Suite applications like SAP ERP Financials/Logistics, SAP CRM or SAP SRM

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Degree in economics or similar area
* Alternatively BA study or apprenticeship at SAP
* Very good powers of comprehension and high quality commitment
* Interest in technical topics
* Development skills are beneficial but not a must
* Willingness to quickly acquire understanding in new areas
* Fluent English (German optional)
* Constructive and open style of communication
* Experience in working in intercultural environments
* Willingness to travel (occasionally)
