PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The ongoing deployment of new technologies (AMI, Smart Grids, In-memory Data Bases, etc.) and the growing need for comprehensive and qualified information as basis for competitive business decisions increase the demand for analytical applications in Utilities industry significantly.

SAP Business Warehouse has become a Standard in the International Utilities industry and the existing solution management team needs reinforcement to scale to the constantly growing demand for further functional innovation and support of the SAP field organizations and our customers.

As market leading solution vendor, SAP has the excellent opportunity to extend the SAP for Utilities business platform with additional industry specific applications based on SAP Business Objects.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Orchestration of the end-to-end idea-to-close process for new analytical applications/business content based on SAP Business Objects and SAP Business Warehouse
* Translation of market trends and customer requirements into market requirement documents (MRD), including the business case and pricing assumptions
* Solution packaging (creating market-relevant packages of software, services or other content) together with the Solution Composition team
* Align messaging and Roll-out of solution portfolio to SAP field organizations, customers and partners
* Support Go-To-Market activities of regional sales and service organizations with subject matter expertise
* Support of strategic customer projects in close collaboration with field organization
* Create and maintain sales material and solution demos

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Several years of experience in the implementation of analytical applications at customer projects, preferably in the Utilities industry OR in the specification/development of analytical applications

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Profound functional expertise in the SAP Business Objects solution portfolio, preferably in Enterprise Information Management and Enterprise Planning Management
* Good understanding of SAP Business Warehouse
* Detailed understanding of current business processes and market trends within Utilities industry
* Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills
* Willingness to travel
