PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The ongoing market liberalization forces Retail Utilities to refocus their business activities consequently on sales and customer service processes and in order to stay profitable in an increasingly competitive market.

CRM for Utilities (as part of SAP for Utilities) has become the Standard in the international Utilities industry and the existing solution management team needs reinforcement to scale to the constantly growing demand for further functional innovation and support of the SAP field organizations and our customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Orchestration of the end-to-end idea-to-close process for new energy retail-specific functionality and validation of the results with customers
* Translation of market trends and customer requirements into market requirement documents (MRD) including the business case and pricing assumptions
* Solution packaging (creating market-relevant packages of software, services or other content) together with the Solution Composition team
* Align messaging and Roll-out of solution portfolio to SAP field organizations, customers and partners
* Support Go-To-Market activities of regional sales and service organizations with subject matter expertise
* Support of strategic customer projects in close collaboration with field organization
* Create and maintain sales material and solution demos

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Several years of experience in the implementation of CRM at customer projects, preferably in the Utilities industry
* Industry background (eg. as Product or Account Manager or in a Utility company) would be helpful

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Profound functional expertise in SAP CRM and SAP for Utilities
* Detailed understanding of business processes and market trends within the Utilities industry, particularly related to Retail, Deregulation and Smart Grid processes (Demand Side Management, ToU, Dynamic Pricing, Product Bundles, etc.)
* Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills
* Ability to work in virtual teams across various loctions
* Willingness to travel
