PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Solution Assembly & Packaging holds end-to-end responsibility for planning, defining, governing, creating, and assembling SAP Rapid Deployment solutions, which consist of a ready-to consume combination of SAP software, SAP predefined services, pre-configuration and enablement content to enable customers to consume SAP solutions faster and easier at reduced cost and risk.
The Piloting & Field Support team is responsible for ensuring Rapid Deployment solution (RDS) readiness for market introduction by * delivering core enablement assets for each RDS
* delivering multiplier training for the field and partners
* supporting early adopters, helping to create first successful live customers for each RDS, and collecting structured feedback and lessons learnt
* managing the Interface to customer user groups along the RDS development and roll-out cycle
* providing a single point of contact for Field Enablement, Marketing and Demo Services organizations, and rolling out core content to these teams for re-use
* supporting Marketing and Communications in positioning & messaging and communications topics
* supporting events with experts and spokespersons

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Support the execution of the first customer pilots in collaboration with the respective delivery organization
* Enable the delivery organization during the pilot with the right content and expert support
* Maintain first-hand contact with the pilot customer team and provide systematic feedback to package development on the lessons learned and priorities for improvement
* Develop RDS-specific core enablement content and ensure for on-time and on-quality delivery
* Support RDS test and implementation in reference landscapes
* Conduct knowledge transfer to multipliers in pre-sales, consulting and partner organizations (train the trainer)
* Develop and implement enablement and governance processes for partner package build and maintenance

WORK EXPERIENCE
* 5-7 years of relevant professional experience ideally in one or several of these roles: pre-sales, consulting, product/solution management

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Self-motivated, willingness to continuously learn, can-do spirit, pragmatism and drive for execution
* Strong product knowledge experience in one or multiple components, combined with a strong sense for how software solutions can help our customers to address their business requirements
* Results-focused and not shy of being hands-on in working with products and in creating required enablement content
* Solid understanding of the field and partner ecosystem; strong service attitude; ability to effectively communicate and to gain credibility with customers, SAP field and partners; solid presentation, training and demo skills
* Strong project and program management skills
* Experienced in working in diverse and cross-organizational teams; ability to effectively syndicate and coordinate with a considerable number of stakeholders towards joint goals and measurable results
* Relevant degree from a leading university
