PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a service consultant you are analyzing IT solutions in the area of SAP HCM, Talent Management and Service Delivery for our international customers and present the results of your findings and optimization potential to IT managers and executives.

For this task we are looking for passionate and communicative people who enjoy working in a team. In your work life you will experience a variety of challenges and find hardly routine tasks. Since we provide services onsite at our customers business travel is an essential part of your work life.

The Center of Expertise (CoE), a subdivision of the SAP Active Global Support, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes by delivering services to customers. Therefore the CoE is in constant exchange with SAP development, support engineers and service developers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Your area of responsibility extends to performance and availability analysis of complex SAP system landscapes with focus on SAP HCM solutions. You are always working with brand new software technologies within the SAP ECC and NetWeaver software solutions.

Your task is to analyze for customers within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Safeguarding), technical problem areas in complex systems, isolate issues and bottlenecks and come up with solutions.

To meet the challenging requirements you should be a quick learner, with good analytical skills, be creativity, open minded and good in communication and convincing others with facts on technical details.

As part of a team with more than 300 employees in EMEA in SAP Active Global Support, you are in constant exchange with the SAP development and the global SAP support centers to assist our customers in an optimal way and to find appropriate solutions. We perform our analysis either onsite at our clients or remote from the Service and Support Back Office in St.Leon-Rot located near to the SAP headquarters in Walldorf.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* You hold a very good or good university degree, preferably in Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering (technical college or university); ideally you have had some basics on Human Capital Management during your studies; you have very strong analytical and logical skills; you are capable to take decisions quickly and work under time pressure

* Excellent! In this case you should join our team, not only because of your technical understanding and expertise; also your general knowledge and soft skills, your fluent language skills in German and English will be of help for a successful start
