PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
In the continuous effort to increase value and improve solutions delivered to SAP's customers a Value Architect organization is formed under the umbrella of Value Engineering EMEA. The Value Architect (VA) team is a high impact organization comprised of top SAP talent with solution and architecture knowledge. This team is responsible for building out scalable programs to support customer engagements on an EMEA basis.
The VA team liaises across several LOB's to secure critical resources required to manage end-to-end customer engagements and partners with regional sales executives to provide large deal support and help build pipeline in addition to helping to prioritize customer engagements.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Align with customer executive on scope and expectations
* Design customer engagement and select team members
* Oversee engagement delivery and provide quality assurance
* Deliver final presentation to customer executive

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Global leadership role experience
* 10+ years of business experience in Sales / Consulting / Solution Management
* 3+ years of Large Account Management experience/Quarterbacking skills
* Experience in developing deployment project plans and long term IT roadmaps
* Experience in diverse technology landscape and process/technology integration issues
* Experience with IT / business alignment issues
* Extensive cross-LOB network in SAP
* Experience in driving disciplined account engagements
* Experience conducting executive workshops aligning diverse perspectives and expectations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Executive communication skills
* Strong business knowledge of target industries & according process areas
* Strong knowledge of the complete SAP offering (incl. Service and Support)
* Strong background in consultative selling
* Strong network inside SAP's development and solution organization for the target industries and line-of-business areas
