PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP's Global Communications (GC) unit is charged with driving perception among internal and external audiences of SAP as the world's leading business solution provider, recognized thought leader, responsible corporate citizen, as well as employer, business partner, vendor, and investment of choice.

The Creative Services Center (CSC) produces a variety of high-quality content and maintains the department's central content platform, which enables the efficient creation, packaging, repurposing and distribution of content, to allow for consistency of overall SAP communication and continuing improvements in quality of content.

The Corporate Online Publishing and Social Web Team within the CSC drives the company's corporate Web, social media and publishing strategy and develops tools and platforms for various communications activities.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As an integrated member of the CSC team, your primary task will be to act as the Portal Lead for the Office of the CEO and Target Audience Manager for all employees worldwide.

In addition, you will actively assist with the development, design and consulting of new media and Web 2.0 communications strategies and will be actively involved in increasing meaningful dialogue within the company.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* Qualified experience in web design
* Experience with SAP Corporate Portal technology
* Solid knowledge of new media

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* English is either your native language or you have flawless English writing and editing skills
* Strong communication skills: you are a professional communicator who is not afraid to express opinions and consult others on communication activities
* You are innovative and prepared to take calculated risks
* You are self-motivated, creative and show initiative and daring. You are able to work independently and as a true team player
* You are flexible and able to cope with stress
