PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Partner Service Delivery is a global organization which deals with more than 3000 SAP Partners worldwide (Channel-, Services- and Software Partners) on a day to day basis and enables them in different areas. Our global operations office supports more than 100 colleagues at 5 locations worldwide with general back office support and reporting services. Moreover, the Operations Office supports contract handling for Software Partners.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Weekly runs of reports
* Evaluation of data in MS Excel
* Creation of MS PowerPoint reports
* Independent processing and answering of queries (oral and written) from internal customers

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Information Technology, Business Administration, Languages or Humanities
* Profound knowledge in MS Office Products (esp. Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
* Fluency in English , both oral and written
* Fluency in German language is desirable
* Knowledge of Programming languages (e.g. VBA for Applications) is an andvantage
* High level of flexibility
* Ability to learn fast
* Very good communication skills with a strong focus on customer and service orientation
