PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Solution Assembly & Packaging holds end-to-end responsibility for planning, defining, governing, creating, and assembling solution packages, which consist of a combination of software, analytic content, pre-configuration and productized services to enable customers in the large enterprise space to consume SAP solutions faster and easier at reduced cost and risk.

You will support us with the creation an online collaboration platform for customers. Therefore your work will help customers/internal and external employees and partners to retrieve and share information. In this capacity you will assist team leads and all team members - that will help to unload the teams - help the teams run better.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Support in administrative tasks
* Assist package leads across all teams in several projects
* Support the SAP Service Marketplace Team including: editing, uploading, maintaining documents, give access rights and support the team in their daily work

In this job you get the possibility to work in a multi-language team, learn how to plan and execute an SAP Solution Package Production from it's beginning until market-delivery, get the possibility to take responsibility, work independent but with the help and collaboration of highliy experienced team members.

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student at a university or university of applied sciences
* Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluency in German and English language -written and spoken
* Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-lingual team
* Independent and self-responsible working style
* Strong communication skills - also via phone and email
