PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Customer Engagement Initiative is supporting SAP project teams in the early involvement of customers in product development. The initiative offers services to the project teams, such as support in the preparation of legally required documents for customer activities. Furthermore, the initiative provides materials and documents that support project teams in all necessary steps within the customer engagement process.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Create documents that are legally required for feedback activities with customers (In MS word)
* Request legally required documents from customers, correspondence with customers and SAP employees
* Maintenance of data bases (MS Access) and lists (MS Excel)
* Oral and written communication with customers and SAP employees

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: business administration, languages or humanities
* Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Access
* Oral and written fluency in English and German language

We are looking for a candidate who is - after a familiarization phase - reliably committed to support the responsible colleague in the creation of legally required documents and in the request of those documents from customers (incl. the necessary correspondence). Additional administrative support is also requested. Prerequisite is the ability to work very accurate and in an organized manner. A regular availability of the candidate one day per week is required. An ability to be diplomatic with customers and SAP employees would also be desirable.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a tabular CV, copies of the obtained degrees and (if available) copies of your references from former employers (e.g. internships). Please describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages as well.
