PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Global Internal Audit Services (GIAS) is a staff department to the CEO and adds value by proposing management-oriented and organizational solutions and providing information and recommendations on internal controls and business risks within SAP Group.
The GIAS mission is to make certain that the activities of the SAP Group comply with management policies and guidelines. In particular, this includes ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements to which the Company and Executive Board are bound.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
GIAS needs support in establishing and maintaining active communication channels (e.g. blog, newsletter, ...) to all GIAS staff from the Management Team.
The communication should be interactive and received commnts, questions and feedback must be maintained and prepared for management Response.
The working language is English and communication is global to all teams based in The USA, Singapore, Japan and Walldorf.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Languages, Marketing, Communication
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Fluent English and German
* Pro-active
* Open
* Curious and diligent
* The successful candidate brings own ideas how to improve communication regardsing the content and media.
