PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Information Technology (SAP IT) is in charge of more than 50.000 users and thousands of SAP systems.
Global IT Controlling and Global IT Project Office & Analytics support the IT Organization with consistent Controlling processes and project management methods, tools and processes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As working student or Intern for Global IT Controlling and the Global IT Project Office & Analytics, you will support our team in managing the following tasks:
* Daily tasks of both teams
* Coordination of the alignment between IT Investment Council and IT Controlling
* Creation of reports
* Documentation of processes

We are searching for a working student supporting the following focus activities:
* Central Quality control of the shopping cart approval process
* Reports on quality status of the new approval process
* Optimization of shopping cart workflow
* Single point of contact

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied sciences (Business Informatics)
* Very good skills in MS Office, in particular in MS Excel
* Language skills: Very good language skills in English and German are essential
* Team Player with good communication skills and used to work independently
* Interested in IT Controlling, project management and process development
