PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP IT Infrastructure Services operates SAP system landscapes for external customers as well as for SAP's internal business like areas of production, training, demo, consulting and development.
Our global SAP platform administration team PSS Dev (Product Systems Services Development) is responsible for more than 3000 SAP installations which are operated for various SAP internal software development units. We offer 24x7 support, 5x24 service delivery, consulting services and project work.
It is our main task to provide services and support for all SAP products during the software development lifecycle.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The student (f/m) will be involved in activities and projects to maintain and improve the quality of the Development Infrastructure in general. This gives him/her an unique opportunity to understand how service and product quality is maintained in volume business using standardization and automation of processes.

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied sciences (Computer science, informatics, mathematics, natural science (e.g. physics, chemistry) or related fields)
* Very good skills in MS Office
* PERL knowledge would be an advantage
* Fluency in English and German
* Team Player with good communication skills and used to work independently
