PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) is the central organization to design, produce and deliver learning content within SAP. Our portfolio comprises a blend of virtual, on-demand, and classroom-based training covering the entire employee life cycle from on-boarding to leadership development.

KPS works with different SAP areas together to provide an efficient and effective learning transfer to our employees.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Support daily business in the KPS Learning Management Services Unit
* Support the Training Event Management Process
* Publish existing and new content (e.g. e-learning objects)
* Create, publish and maintain learning maps
* Overall business communication (E-mail and phone) in English and German language
* Collaboration with different internal and external service provider

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
* Proficiency with MS Office, Internet / HTML
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and German
* Self-motivation, flexibility and ability to work with a team
