PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) produces knowledge transfer material for the SAP AG, which is used to train SAP employees, SAP partners and SAP customers.

Our product portfolio covers mostly print and online media and certifications. KPS can be seen as an SAP internal publishing house. KPS is supporting SAP Education, the largest IT training provider in the world.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Support the production and publishing of training material according to standard processes
* Data administration in a content management system
* Creation and formatting of print files
* Quality check of online material (presentations, e-learning)
* Technical conversion of training material from MS Office tools into an XML authoring tool
* Production of certifications

This position offers an excellent insight into a standardized publishing and creative production environment.

The administrative part of the work is higher than the creative part! Besides being part of a large production unit, we offer the education in an XML authoring tool and in a content management system.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or unviersity of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Graphic Design, Communication Design, Romance Studies, Anglistics, Computer Linguistics
* Knowledge of MS Office, Professional graphic tools (for example Adobe Creative Suite)
* Experience with XML authoring tools would be welcome but is not a prerequisite
* Fluent German or English and preferably another language
* Language skills in Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian are welcome
* Team player
* Flexibility
* Thoroughness
