PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The COO Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) team is a critical enabler of business success in the COO board area and beyond.

The team is chartered to provide Project Management Office services and governance to the key internal SAP projects across the board areas.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will support the team in the delivery of project management office services such as:
* Maintenance of IPOS (the internal project management tool)
* Provide support to the program directors to initiate and plan their project
* Administration and improvement of project management tools and methods
* Preparation of presentation and documents to the Board

You will have the opportunity to learn different project management methodologies and how to apply them.

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences with major in economics with focus on information management or Organization
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Fluent written and spoken English
* High Motivation
* Proactive
* Teamwork
* Ability to work in virtual team
* Self-directed and organized
* Experienced in working for a global company
