PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a working student (f/m) to support the challenging project activities in our PSI Program Office team.
SAP Product & Service Introduction (PSI) is part of the strategic area Quality Governance & Production and responsible for planning and introducing all SAP solutions into the market as well as for customer/ solution focused COO Board projects. The PSI Program Office is a key instance within this area that executes Ramp-Up programs, leads strategic projects, supports customer-facing Initiatives, manages strategic COO projects and supports the executive management and board area with dedicated analysis and reporting deliverables.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Administration and project-related activities such as compiling reports and building presentations
* Assists in challenging Reporting projects that analyze our customer s usage of SAP solutions
* Creation of data charts, diagrams and other data-based executive reports/ spreadsheets
* Maintaining internal project/ process guides
* Supports with the organization of meetings
* Facilitate and foster engagements with business sponsors, project members and key stakeholders from various lines-of-business along defined project goals
* Engages in a project driven environment

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Student (m/f) of a university or a university of applied sciences
* Strong IT skills, in particular with the Microsoft Office products
* Strong writing abilities in English and a good command of German
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Interest in business and IT
* Ability to work independently plus commitment and a sense of responsibility
* Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills at short notice
